Do we have the same seats every day?

You will be seated in different locations throughout your time at the Madrid Open. Don’t worry, though—they’ll be a variety of the best possible locations in our courtside sections.

What does my ticket include?

Your tickets will include a wonderful courtside seat.

If I purchase a ticket to the main court, do I have access to the other courts?

Yes, with your courtside ticket you get access to the Manolo Santana Stadium, Stadium 3 and the Tennis Garden

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under the age of three may enter for free as long as they do not occupy a seat.

What if it rains?

Fortunately, the Caja Mágica is protected from weather with retractable roofs. Outer courts will still be at the mercy of the weather, so some matches may be moved to the three main show courts or delayed.

What time is my favorite player playing next year?

Great question and one we receive often. The draw is only released a few days before the tournament, and the order of play is only published the evening before the match. So, if there’s a specific player you’d like to see, we can usually predict which tickets you’ll need to see him or her. However, we can't know the exact time and court until the day before the match.

What can I bring into the tournament?

You can bring layers of clothes, personal cameras, and your phone.

When can I enter the tournament?

It is advised to arrive an hour before the tournament.

What time do matches start?

The matches are day and evening sessions. Most evenings are around 6pm and day sessions tend to start around 10am.

Is re-entry allowed?

Once the ticket holder has left the venue, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter.

Can I bring food to the tournament?

No, food and drink may not be brought in. There are food and beverage areas inside the venue.

Where is the stadium and how do I get there?

It is played on clay courts at the Caja Mágica in Manzanares Park, San Fermín. The best way to get from Madrid to Madrid Open (tennis) without a car is by bus which takes 13 min and costs €1 - €5.
